Darling Summer Issue

Happy August! I know summer has been here for awhile now, but my summer just started last week and I am definitely enjoying some down time catching up on home projects, reading and much needed organization. Last year I blogged about Darling Magazine and their Kickstarter project here to go from begin strictly an online magazine to print and I am happy to state that it has been around for all four seasons now as it began with Fall and is now Summer!  It is encouraging to read the articles written by real women with similar passions and concerns as mine, inspiring to browse through the pictures and it looks great on the coffee table! You can get a summer issue here or at one the many stockists (including Anthropologie) and look out for Sabus and I while you're at it ;)

Darling Magazine: Issue No. 1

A few months back, I had a couple of posts on Darling Magazine, an online magazine aimed to inspire and inform all while reinforcing the notion that as women, we are original, interesting and have a purpose, no matter what our strengths.  They put together a video for kickstarter in order to raise money to put the online magazine in print (posts seen here and here).  They met their goal and were able to move forward with their plans and after not too long, my print issue arrived in the mail.  I took some time to read it poolside and would encourage everyone to go online to order it.  Check out their website to see what it is all about for yourself and allow yourself to be encouraged and inspired.

Darling Magazine

You may remember a few months back I posted about Darling Magazine, The Art of Being a Woman (seen here).  As I mentioned before, this online magazine was created with the goal of inspiring and informing all while reinforcing the notion that as women, we are original, interesting and we have a greater purpose, no matter what our strengths may be. The online magazine has been quite a success and they are now working on releasing their first print issue.  Please watch the video below, check out their online magazine and if you feel inspired, support them by pledging to assist in the completion of their goal by clicking here.

Darling Magazine

A few girlfriends and their friends have put together an online magazine called Darling: The Art of Being a Woman.  Their goal was to inspire and inform all while reinforcing the notion that as women, we are original, interesting and we do have a purpose, no matter what our strengths.  Whether you see yourself as a fashionista, an intellectual, a dreamer, a humanitarian, or a combination of all, there is something for you on this magazine.  Please check it out and continue being inspired!
